2022 - 2023
I worked in the Muse Pilates team as their marketing coordinator and in-house graphic designer. Muse is a boutique reformer Pilates business with over ten studios across Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra.
In this role, I managed multiple social media accounts, designed all our marketing collateral, edited videos, and got to be involved in every aspect of our campaigns.
Graphic Design
In early 2023, we undertook a brand photoshoot to better showcase the diversity of our clients. I used these photos to roll out our new branding, creating a suite of print and digital marketing collateral. This included social media and email templates, brand stationery, print designs and more.
FRANCHISING
I was part of Muse's expansion to become a franchise and created collateral to supplement this. The biggest project was designing a document to share with prospective franchisees. I designed this branded document in InDesign.
I also produced and edited a video to support this document.
Pilates Challenges
I worked with the team on revamping our quarterly pilates challenges and designed all the print and digital collateral for these. I created posters, social media tiles, printed challenge booklets, cards for participants to mark off their classes and ballot box artwork.
Social Media Management
In May 2023, I launched Muse’s Tik Tok account, which I ran for five months. During this time, I created daily videos, growing the account from zero to over three thousand followers with more than 160,000 total likes and created multiple viral videos with over 1 million views. The account grew exponentially, quickly becoming one of the biggest accounts in the pilates industry.
Advertising
Alongside organic socials, I was responsible for concepting and editing videos for promotions, sales and meta ads.
